After consulting with the District Attorney’s Office, officials decided not to charge Moore II. He no longer faces any charges in relation to the assault or stabbing. However, police said Moore II was served with an outstanding warrant that is unrelated to the stabbing investigation on Crabapple Road.Wednesday morning around 3:30 a.m., Police Chief Brad Shirley said a woman was stabbed in a home in the 200 block of Crabapple Road. He said she is facing non-life threatening injuries.Investigators will be holding additional interviews with witnesses based on the new information.
