The government accepted an amendment to the regulation for concessions on tourist land in camps

first_imgAt the last session of the Government, held on Thursday, “Decree on Amendments to the Decree on the Procedure, Manner and Conditions for Obtaining a Concession on Tourist Land in Camps Co-Owned by the Republic of Croatia”. Namely, the amendments are as follows: Article 10, paragraph 1, which refers to the deadline for payment of the variable part of the concession fee, now states that the payment is made no later than 31 May of the current year. The deadline is changed because the existing provision did not take into account the legal deadline for preparing the final financial statements. Article 3 of the said Regulation has been supplemented with a new paragraph which stipulates that the occupied area is considered to be the area of the camp that was not estimated in the conversion of the socially-owned enterprise, and was part of the camp at the time of conversion. This specifies the concept of occupied area, which is stated in the formula, and whose meaning has not been specified so far. The amendment to Article 9 refers to the variable part of the concession fee, which is now calculated in proportion to the square meters occupied in relation to the entire area of the camp, and according to the criteria in the figure below. Attachment: REGULATION on amendments to the Decree on the procedure, manner and conditions for obtaining a concession on tourist land in camps co-owned by the Republic of Croatia After Article 19a, Article 19b is added, which introduces and regulates the possibility of installment payment of the concession fee. The article stipulates that, at the request of the company, the obligation to pay the difference in the concession fee may be payable over a period of three years, in three equal annual installments, with each installment due on 30 September of the current year. The explanation of the amendments to the Decree states that the aim of the proposed amendment to the Decree is to remove the obstacle to the calculation of the variable part of the concession fee for the use of tourist land in camps, because the Ministry of Tourism is not able to issue invoices for the variable part of the concession fee. the amendment to the Regulation does not harmonize the criteria for calculating the fee according to the development index of the city / municipality in which the camp is located in accordance with the appropriate development groups into which local self-government units are classified in accordance with the new Decision on classifying local and regional self-government units. . first_img2 novice fighters put on a good fight tonight. Well done to my friend @KSIOlajidebt and unlucky @LoganPaul. A 3rd fight wouldn’t surprise me.— Amir Khan (@amirkingkhan) November 10, 2019But KSI made it clear he’s not up for a third fight. “It’s done, it’s done,” he said of fighting Paul again. “I’m on to the next thing. I think boxing is the next thing for me now.”KSI has said in the past he wants to become a professional boxer and was using Paul’s fame as a “steppingstone” to help him. Now that he’s 1-0 as a pro, his credibility is a bit higher than it was heading into Saturday night. Logan Paul scores a knockdown over KSI, but is deducted two points.#KSILoganPaul2— DAZN USA (@DAZN_USA) November 10, 2019MORE: Round-by-round breakdown of KSI’s win over Logan PaulThe DAZN announcers were surprised by the two-point deduction, saying it should have either not have happened or should have been a one-point deduction. Paul was upset by the decision after the fight, and he voiced his displeasure live on the DAZN broadcast.”I let emotions get the best of me, man,” Paul said. “But I will say, no warning (from the referee). And I got two points taken away from me and that’s why I think I lost tonight. I think if you do the math, the two points I got taken away from me was the reason I lost tonight. I would love to contest the (California State Athletic) commission because I think I should have got a warning. I don’t think it was fair at all.””The two points that I got taken away from me was the reason I lost tonight.” 💬#KSILoganPaul2— DAZN USA (@DAZN_USA) November 10, 2019MORE: Jake Paul eyes KSI for fight following rematch vs. LoganAfter such a dramatic finish to the rematch, Paul was naturally asked whether he’d fight KSI a third time. “I’d love to fight KSI again. These are the best moments of my life,” Paul said. “I just want to say fair play to KSI, you are one of the toughest people I know and I wish you the best. I can talk trash but it’s all for show.”Paul wasn’t alone in those thoughts. Many others expected a trilogy to take place. KSI defeated Logan Paul via split decision Saturday night in Los Angeles. One judge scored the fight 56-55 in favor of Paul, but the other two judges ruled in favor of KSI, 57-54 and 56-55, respectively.
